In some circumstances, we are able to bulk bill directly, meaning no "out of pocket” expenses for you. Concession rates are also available for concession card holders. SPOT4YOU also has contracts with many Federal and State funded government organisations where full funding is provided to clients for both Occupational Therapy, and Speech and Language Pathology services.
Below is a list of the different types of funding options that are currently available.

Funding Package
5 Sessions from Medicare per calendar year for Occupational Therapy and/or Speech Pathology sessions.
5 Sessions per calendar year from Medicare for people of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Descent IN ADDITION to the services above for Occupational Therapy and/or Speech Pathology sessions.
10 individual and 10 group Medicare Rebated sessions per calendar year for Occupational Therapy only.
Department of Social Services (DSS) – Helping Children With Autism Package (HCWA). Fully funded payments for Occupational Therapy and/or Speech and Language Pathology sessions and recommended resources.
Medicare rebates for 4 assessment and 20 therapy sessions for Occupational Therapy and/or Speech and Language Pathology.
Department of Social Services (DSS) – Better Start for Children with Disability Initiative (BSI). Fully funded payments for Occupational Therapy and/or Speech and Language Pathology sessions and recommended resources.
Medicare rebates for 4 assessment and 20 therapy sessions for Occupational Therapy and/or Speech and Language Pathology.
Additional Funds for people of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Descent.
Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)
Private Health Insurance.

Who Is Eligible
* Symptoms must be present for six months or more or expected to continue for six months or more
* Client must require more than one allied health professional
* Completion of 5 sessions above
* Same eligibility criteria as above
* Clients must be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent
* Clients with mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, behavioural and emotional issues, ADD/ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder
* For Occupational Therapy only
* Children, aged 0-6, who are not yet at school
* Diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (including Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome and Rhett’s Disorder)
* Children aged 0-13
* Diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (including Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome and Rhett’s Disorder)
* Children, aged 0-6, who are not yet at school
* Diagnosed with a number of disabilities including; Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Fragile X Syndrome, or a moderate or greater vision or hearing impairment, including deaf-blindness, and a number of syndromes including Prader Willi Syndrome, Williams Syndrome or Microcephaly
* Children, aged 0-13
* Diagnosed with a number of disabilities including Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Fragile X Syndrome, or a moderate or greater vision or hearing impairment, including deaf-blindness, and a number of syndromes including Prader Willi Syndrome, Williams Syndrome or Microcephaly

* Clients (and their dependents) who have Gold Department of Veterans Affairs cards are eligible for both Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy
* Clients (and their dependents) who have White Department of Veterans Affairs cards are eligible for Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy in some circumstances
